The postpartum period has a long lasting impact on the physical, mental, and emotional health of the mother, baby, and family. A postpartum doula can help ease this transition by offering educational, physical, and emotional support to the new mother and her family.
In my role as postpartum doula, I can help the new mother to more fully enjoy the first days and weeks of her baby’s life, helping her to increase her confidence and allowing her to focus on taking care of herself and bonding with her new little one.
Breastfeeding education and support, healthy meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry are just a few of the things I can help with following the birth of your child. Services are tailored to fit your needs.
I am a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, have current CPR Certification, a current DPS fingerprint clearance card, and a clean driving record.
I am available in two or four hour blocks of time. My fee for postpartum services is $25 per hour for week days, and $35 per hour for nights and weekends on a limited basis.
